A freelance food, wine, and travel writer and consultant, Michele Scicolone is the author of numerous Italian cookbooks, including A FRESH TASTE OF ITALY and SAVORING ITALY. Her articles have appeared in Food & Wine, New York Times, and Gourmet and she has appeared on the CBS Morning Show, Good Morning America, and Cooking Live, which she has hosted on several occasions. She lives in New York City.
